The phone is the fastest route: (417) 555-0173. A short conversation usually settles whether your entrance needs a cleaning, a new end section, or a pipe replaced. You pay nothing for the estimate and nothing for turning us down.

Useful to have ready when you call: which road you are on and who maintains it, how wide the entrance is, what the pipe is made of if you can tell, and what the water did the last time it rained hard. A photo of each end of the pipe answers most of the rest. None of it is required.

Hours: The machine runs Monday to Saturday, from seven in the morning until six at night. Nothing moves on Sunday.

Season: We measure and permit twelve months a year and dig when the ditch and the ground allow it. Summer and early fall are the best conditions, because a dry trench and firm ground make a better job. Frozen ground stops trenching and stops compaction, so late fall carries a real cutoff. Spring is when failures show up and the calendar fills quickly.

Permits: Work in the road right-of-way needs approval from your county or road district, whichever maintains that road. On a Greene County road the inspector visits the site and sets the pipe size. We walk you through the application or pull it alongside you, and we tell you which parts of the job belong to us and which belong to the road authority.

Service area: Springfield and Greene County, plus Christian, Webster, Polk, and Dallas counties, including Fair Grove, Ash Grove, Willard, Rogersville, Marshfield, Buffalo, Seymour, and Bolivar.

One boundary worth stating up front: we will not quote work over a sinkhole or promise anything about filling one.
